The Trauma-Equipped Church combines all the ministry models we have to date: IMPACT Teams, missional ministry, healing discipleship, and empowered evangelism. We suggest a nine-month process to create the cultural shift needed to support a trauma-equipped ministry, eventually planting trauma-equipped mission points, microchurches, and churches.
